We’re excited to ask authorized students to take part in a digital Workshop on Non-public Legislation and Rising Know-how cosponsored by Harvard’s Venture on the Foundations of Non-public Legislation, Yale’s Data Society Venture, and Yale’s Middle for Non-public Legislation. This Workshop will likely be a discussion board for in-depth engagement with works-in-progress on the intersection of personal legislation, know-how coverage, and the societal modifications engendered by widespread adoption of new applied sciences.
